The region

The pristine nature of the authentic mountain world attracts visitors from all over the world to the Gstaad region in both summer and winter. This skiing and hiking paradise lies at 1,000 to 3,000 metres above sea level and offers a wide variety of sports and leisure activities all year round as well as some top, internationally-renowned events. Thanks to having its own airfield and quick transfers, the region is a travel destination that is easy to reach and an ideal starting point for further excursions to Europe’s large cities.
